My mother played a huge role in bringing me to Christ. When she passed from this life April 9th of 2015, I conducted her funeral, and several people told me I should write up an account of her life. Warren~ Thank you so much for sharing this! It was interesting to read and very encouraging to those of us currently living the ordinary life! As some of our kids are reaching adulthood and making decisions that are not in line with the Christian principles we have tried to teach them, it has been easy to get discouraged in our parenting. Reading about your mother’s steadfastness and continual prayer for your family helped strengthen my resolve to “always pray and not give up (Luke 18:1).” God is working, even when we don’t see it!
